Welcome to the Simplicité Tutorial

Getting Started

There are two basic requirements to use the platform:

  • A Simplicité instance
  • An up to date browser

Getting an instance

There are two main ways of spawning a Simplicité instance:

  • contact us with a valid identity to get access to a temporary instance (one-month trial)
  • starting a container with our private Docker image
    1. contact us to contractualise and get registry credentials)
    2. get a VPS
    3. follow the docker tutorial (mono-instance) or the portainer tutorial (multi-instance)

Default credentials

The default user login is designer, which is used for all "Maker" tasks: designing the database, the architecture, the forms, the UI, etc. It is, historically, a larger scope than what we understand by "designer" in the tech industry nowadays.

Default credentials:

  • default login : designer
  • default password : simplicite
